Strength and Balance programme.

As we age, falls are a risk we all face. Our strength and balance programme is lots of fun and designed to improve your strength, balance, flexibility and agility. We meet every Thursday at St. Hilda’s Anglican Church Hall, 3 Wakelin Road, Beachlands from 10am to 12 pm. Our programme is run by the wonderful Chris Bruinsma, who engages the group in discussions, quizzes and social interactions over morning tea which follows on after the Gentle Exercise programme.
The cost is $5.00 per week.

About Chris:
Chris lives in Beachlands and has two daughters and two grandchildren.She works part-time at Auckland Hospital, volunteers at a local op-shop, and attends the Wednesday art group. She says “Life for me is very busy but I enjoy every minute of what I do”
